Continuing on Baymeadows Road to Southside Boulevard and south on Southside to Phillips Highway is the area known as Baymeadows. I-95 surrounds the area and provides convenient access to all parts of the city. Exclusive residential communities such as Deerwood and Deercreek Country Clubs and a large concentration of apartment and condominium communities are pleasingly situated, along with some of the city’s most attractive office parks.
The Avenues regional shopping mall, a large variety of retail
